Implementation Project Portfolio Management, Project Management Further Development

Together with Primas CONSULTING a project management guideline was developed, the project portfolio management structure was defined, a project management office was established, and an appropriate project management software was selected and implemented. General management is extremely satisfied with the mutual, transparent procedure in projects.
