Project management in the genetic company code

Project management trainings for a former start-up company (today: 100 employees) in the construction industry, specialized in loft extensions (integral supplier). Soon after founding the company, it was clear that project management is the core business process. Result of the trainings: clear understanding of roles and appreciation of the site managers as project managers, mutual project management understanding as an expression of a successful company culture, consequent implementation of the project management orders from the workshops.
