are three key areas in my work as a senior consultant and trainer. When challenges arise, I tackle them with creativity. When I dive into new projects, my curiosity to understand and optimize them grows. If a solution does not meet the client’s needs, we act flexibly as a team and develop alternative approaches together with the client.

I combine these three areas of focus with my personal skills in project management and agile methods.
