Due to my experience in IT project management, I learned that in addition to expert knowledge, methods and tools, above all the good cooperation between the participants is crucial for the success of a project. At Primas all the aspects necessary for the successful implementation and execution of a project are considered, and of course this holistic approach also applies to customer care. It is important for me to listen and to understand the needs of our customers. Since our solutions are as individual as the people behind the projects, soft skills and creativity are an important part of my work. I am enthusiastic about the linguistic and cultural diversity that results from the international working environment and my effort is the build of long-term customer relationships.
