Development of vision, mission, and strategy

Initial situation

Companies are successful when they enter the market with a clear profile that provides added value for the customers. The aim is to create this kind of profile and to regularly adapt it. Critically reviewing and re-defining the corporate vision and adequate strategies is particularly significant for the company´s survival at a time of major changes. Part of a clear corporate profile are, among others, a motivating vision, clear objectives and strategies as well as a corporate culture with leadership values that enable promising realization.
