- Comprehensive analysis of already deployed plans and documents as well as the analysis of strengths / weaknesses in the current project
- One-to-one interviews with selected persons
- Holding a status-workshop
Developing a report of the project status as well as of the strengths / weaknesses and opportunities / risks and first tips for specific improvement measures
Presentation of the report to the project sponsor:
- Report presentation
- Discussing the content
- Agreement on further measures
- Documentation
