Initial situation

In times of tight budgets and resources it is vital to critically review training measures as regards their usefulness and/or benefits and to control the application of knowledge. For when it comes to investments in human resources the argument "education won`t harm" should never be the deciding factor, but an appropriate planning, execution and support of knowledge transfer should ensure efficiency and sustainability. With regard to the efficiency of training measures it is also interesting that new methods and approaches from seminars are implemented only to a small amount into corporate reality. What´s the reason for this? How can the transfer of seminars into everyday´s business life being assured and enhanced?
