Project Management Ratio Systems

Initial Situation
  • It is difficult or even impossible to track the projects, project portfolios and programs with the existing controlling- and information systems
  • Clear ratios for illustrating project efficiency and profitability are only available in a limited way

  • Development of customized expressive ratios
  • Integration of Project Management ratios into existing controlling systems in order to be able to recognize changes in projects / programs quickly and manage the further development
  • Development of ratio systems for transparent controlling of project portfolios

 

Approach
  • Survey and analysis of the current projects on the basis of the corporate planning and interviews with project managers / Managing Directors
  • Analysis of targets, requirements and expectations of the Management regarding the information system
  • Development of the ratio system (scope, survey form, analysis, ...)
  • Integration into existing management systems

 

Result
  • Implementation of precise ratio systems, e.g. Project Management Score-Card, Project Management Cockpit or Project Management Dashboard
