Project Management Basics 1 - blended learning

One third of the project success depends on the start-up process of a project. With our e-learning modules, you will first become acquainted with the essential methods and tools of the start-up and planning processes. During the one-day attendance module, you will experience and develop results-oriented project start-up and planning workshops with the guidance of an expert on the basis of real projects. You will be able to apply the procedures and content of this day 1:1 to your next project start-up!
